These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Fred's Painting's text messaging program. By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website's quote request form, you agree to these Terms and consent to receive SMS messages from Fred's Painting. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Program Description

Fred's Painting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") sends transactional and informational text messages to customers who submit a quote request through the "Get a Free Quote" form on fredspainting.com. Messages may include confirmation that we've received the request, follow-up regarding the requested project, appointment-related communications, and customer-service information related to the request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How to Opt In

You opt in to this program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website's quote request form before submitting it. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default — you must actively check it to receive a text message from us. Providing your phone number on the form does not, by itself, opt you in; the checkbox must be checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. In most cases, you will receive a single confirmation text after submitting a quote request. We may also text you directly regarding your specific project or request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Fred's Painting is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving these messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from this program unless you opt in again. If you'd like to resubscribe after opting out, reply START to any of our previous messages.
